Sorry for the my late review! Caitlin made my hair change wonderful, it was few months ago, I wasn’t able to figure out the result was good enough just right after haircut done since hair styling had started before I check it. So apologies for that I couldn’t tipping in at the counter (I tipped in via online afterwards)! And after I took a shower, I was amazed and I felt so happy with it!! I really appreciate that you didn’t refuse me because my Asian hair is thick and stubborn, I know that it’s very different from other’s, this was my first time trying non-Asian owned hair salon in my life, so I was nervous but you were really nice and your smile made me comfortable💖

I had Caitlin, their vivid colors specialist, clean up my hair and do a very intricate paint/color that she designed for a contest. She was super meticulous with her process and kept making sure I was comfortable at each phase. I followed her directions for aftercare and the color had little to no fade after a month! Everyone loves it including me!

Every time I go to Studio 360 Little Kathy does a wonderful job!!!!! :) First, my hair was black and I saw my gray color right away and Little Kathy highly recommended me to change the color gradually with highlights little by little. It will be a transition for yourself so I decided to do it. When she started the process of color, I liked what I saw and I trusted her with the rest. Now, my hair looks more beautiful, shynny and healthy with my new color and highlights. She is fantastic, funny, intelligent and overall, she pays attention to your hair's needs. I am thrilled with the balayage Brianna did with my hair! It looks so natural and compliments me so well. Brianna took her time and took into consideration the look I wanted and what would look best on me. I could not have asked for a better salon experience. The studio was beautifully decorated and clean!
