I don’t know what happened to my original post but here I am again. Extremely disappointed with my haircut and the color didn’t get the glaze. JORDAN barely washed the color out! This was an example of a true bait and switch. The first cut and color was all about me and pleasing the customer! The second time was all about how wonderful the young hairstylist was! One comes to a salon to feel beautiful and slightly younger. All Jordan did was tout her physical appearance and accomplishments. She thirtyish and I am 72. I complimented on how well she bounced back after birthing 3 boys! I unfortunately had 3 miscarriages. I didn’t bring it up. Anyway she suddenly was in a major hurry and barely washed the color out of my hair and I doubt she conditioned it ! No glazing and an inferior cut that

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at stilettos. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the quality of the nail service I received was disappointing. The gel manicure did not meet my expectations. My nails were left looking a mess. Their only saving grace was their hospitality. I went home and immediately removed them.

Please be aware if you are like me, who depends on a ride, that person tells you, yes! Marked your appt time down as you wrote it down on paper in the salon, plus told them. When they do 'nt properly put the appt time in their phone, you will NOT be able to check now when you call the salon due to stylists are now independent contractors. // Total self employed. No longer able to check , did as told, but info not listed anywhere . I'll just show up ..earlier, wait. My stylist IS worth the wait! Just putting out there for others! Enjoy your time at Stilettos! I find it best time spent relaxing !

I went to Stiletto’s for a hair cut and color. My hair wasn’t in the greatest condition. My appointment was with Mckaih . I can not say enough good things about the stylist and the salon. Somehow, she managed to give me exactly what I wanted, even though I’m sure I didn’t convey it very well. She was extremely gentle with my hair. Very attentive. Sweet girl ! I love the outcome and definitely will be back !! If I could give 7 stars I would .

Pedicure was nice but the manicure was not. The tech had to remove the dip powder from my nails and used too much force. Nail bed is bruised and my nails became very brittle
