To the person that left a bad review. You are supposed to have a birth certificate to prove that the person giving permission is indeed the mother. Hope this helps.

I rarely leave reviews, but our experience today needs to be addressed. The horrible customer service we received here was astounding. We've always heard good things about Studio 21 and had such high hopes when we made the decision to drive over an hour for piercings today. Five of us went, all with plans to get piercings; 4 wanted ears, and one wanted a nostril piercing - nothing crazy or unreasonable. Of the 5 of us, 3 are adults and 2 are minors. Jewel, the body piercer, refused to pierce 1 of the adults (her nostril) and both minors (their lobes), claiming state law prohibited her from doing so. Everyone had ID except one minor.
