Amazing place and atmosphere. We went on valentines day for facials and massage and loved every minute! The staff was nice and it was so relaxing. I left looking and feeling 10 yrs lighter!

Breanna is hands down best masseuse ever! Very good with communication, needs,experience and her performance...very sweet and she has the knowledge for this for sure. Recommend them to many and plan continue to be a regular client. AMAZING!

Took the stylist Layla almost 7.5 hours to do a full highlight on mid length hair. I finally spoke up when she was only a third of the way done putting bleach on after 2 hours🚩. After voicing my concerns about bleach sitting in my hair that long, she started trying to wipe some off. It took over 4 hours alone just to put color in and not once did anyone step up to do anything. She then asked if I wanted toner after being way over processed.🚩 I could go on.. For supposedly being the top salon, it surely didn’t show. I was there from 10:50 am to 6:14 pm. By the time it was done another stylist had to finish styling my hair and it had gotten so dark in that room by then that I couldn’t see the top of my head to mention it. Reached out to the salon with no response. The owner had the audacity

Scheduled two 60 minute massages back to back online. Got an email to verify. Shortly after got a phone call from a staff asking if I really wanted a massage from two different people. Stated I didn’t really care who. Then was asked if I really wanted 2 60 minute massages. I confirmed. They asked me to hold and came back a bit later and wanted to confirm again that I wanted two 60 minutes massages. Not sure what was wrong about wanting to schedule two different appointments back to back. I cancelled the appointment. I’ll go to the mall and get a massage without an appointment or having to be treated like my appointment is an inconvenience.
