They made my wedding day stressful. A day prior to the wedding, they called my friend multiple times telling her I had not secured my appointment. (I left a deposit and my info so not sure why they called my friend). After I finally called, they told me they'd call me back then told me they had found my deposit. (They could have double checked prior to calling and stressing me out). On the day of, I took screenshots of what I wanted (very natural look). She changed everything completely even after I told her I thought it was too much. She kept saying why she thought I should have my makeup like that instead of listening. Also, very untactful. She asked if I was 5 years older than I actually am and if this was my second marriage. I would not ask someone I don't know those questions. Fi

Crystal has been my go to hair dresser for a little over 8 years now. The place is nice clean, and all the stylists are always super nice. I now live out of state and still come here whenever I'm in town.

This was my first time going to Studio 2000 (recommended by my sister-in-law). Lulu listened to everything I asked for, confirmed, and got to work. I asked for bayalage, and got exactly what i asked for. My hair looks and feels fantastic! The shop is clean, and modern with all the products as per usual. Lulu was just awesome, and just made a new client for life! Can't stop smiling!
