If you want pampering, great conversation, and wonderful service, this is the place to go! I have been a client of Jessica for over 10 years. I travel from RI for her services. I love my cut, color and my favorite part is the amazing head massage after hair rinse.

I had a wonderful experience with Courtney. She was very friendly and outgoing. I had an idea of what I wanted from my hair cut, but also wasn't exactly sure how to describe it. Courtney completely understood & delivered! I am so incredibly happy with my hair. I will certainly be back to see her again! Also want to mention: she recommended a product while we were chatting during the haircut. When I was checking out, I was prepared for a high pressure sell on an expensive product. Instead, I was delighted to be handed a small container with sample of the product to take home and try! The high pressure sell is usually what makes me avoid going back to salons. I'm so very happy to have found Studio 16!

Absolutely perfect place to go!!! I had a terrible experience with a different hair salon and when I went to studio 16 they made me feel welcome. They understood the anxiety I had since a the previous experience at a different salon was bad. They listened to what I wanted. I can not stress enough about how fabulous this place is!!! Beautiful inside and the people who work here are absolutely incredible! I highly highly recommend this salon. My mom and I go here regularly together now!! If you ever get a chance use this salon!!

I wear a hijab and wanted to book an appointment for me and my sister in law. I asked politely if it would be possible to have my haircut and not be exposed to any men/ have my haircut somewhere private in the salon. She replied “you have to keep your mask on”(we were planning on wearing them and didn’t ask to have them removed btw)... And then proceeded to ask us “have you ever gotten a haircut before?”. I understand that we are asking for extra privacy and some salons just don’t have that available which totally understandable, but why belittle us and disrespect us. Terrible and condescending communication on whoever picked up the phone from studio 16. Talk about a Karen
