Megz really knows her stuff! Not everyone can do a long hair perm. She took so much time and care with me and my hair. And it's perfect!

I was referred to Ashley Rich by another hair stylist & oh my goodness she does NOT disappoint. I went to her before my wedding. She was so king& honest but she also kills it at doing blonde hair. She said it would take 2 sessions to get it where I wanted it and that’s exactly what it took. I was so nervous since I’ve never had it professionally colored and the last time I had it cut it was horrible; but again she 100% nailed it. Not only did she nail the color but she fixed my horrible haircut that I had previously got.

Very clean and professional and such a great vibe in general! So happy with my cut and color by Tierney she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She did an amazing job on matching the cut and color I wanted, I couldn't be happier and I feel so beautiful! Thank you and I will always recommend studio 13 and I will be back for future services!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this adorable salon. Ashley is the best with blondes! My hair has never looked so good. She's awesome with my extensions as well. The ladies there are amazing! Love the vibe. Love it all. By far, the best salon in Spokane. Highly recommend....go see them!

High expectations..very disappointing results. This was the most expensive color and haircut (if you could call it a haircut) I’ve ever had. I asked for 3 things: 1. cover my gray 2. cut bangs so they don’t fall in my face and 3. Cut the damaged ends and layer. Results: 1. Color faded quickly, and gray appeared within one month. 2. Bangs are cut at some sort of weird angle so hair hangs down on half my face. 3. Ends are badly trimmed. I think it was a sort of texture cut so a lot of damaged hair remained. Stylist said she would fix it, but I’m too nervous to let her touch my hair again. Would not recommend.
