Studio 117 Hair Salon

so this was my first time at this salon; my best friend recommended it to me. maddie is the best !! she's so friendly and we chatted for a long while. i did my best to keep my eyes closed and avoid the mirror until the very end, wanting to be surprised. once she finished, and turned me around, i saw myself in the mirror and i had NO words, i was so elated. my hair looked so perfect and made me feel so confident. i've never left a salon so satisfied in my life. i will definitely be back again and again. not the mention, their studio is absolutely gorgeous and is such a warm environment. i adore all the plants throughout the salon. finally, i truly can't overstate how talented maddie is. she's fun, friendly, and creative. i would highly recommend her. ★☆

Edit itss been months and no one reached out to me. Just beware Edit, now a few days later my nails are cracking due to her not knowing how to do acrylics. I wasted my entire day here and over 75 dollars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. I do not recommend for nails. Very long appointment, i was there from 10-3 to get a soak and new set. She seemed very inexperienced applying the acrylic. She was very nervous it seemed also. My nails are not very good, there's acrylic all under my nails and it's very uncomfortable. I did point it out to her and she said she would fix it but did not. She was not able to recreate what i asked for after saying she could. I wish she would have said no, I don't have the correct supplies and i would have chosen something else. I'm not really happy with th

I had Mikayla do my hair, and it was a wonderful relaxing process, and I loved the result. She is always good at listening to exactly what you want done and getting your hair there. First picture is the after, second is the before.

I went into the salon to get low lights/highlights done by Mikayla. She is very knowledgeable not only about hair color but also giving great product recommendations to help with making your hair look healthy and smooth. She does a thorough job and gives great advice on how to take care of your hair afterwards. I love how she will also take into consideration the condition of your hair when you come in and wanting to keep its integrity, so she will suggest doing something a bit different if you come in wanting something done that might compromise your hair even suggesting doing what you want in gradual steps so as to keep from damaging your hair. I have always been satified with the results. I highly trust and recommend Mikayla for your next hair appointment. Also, the salon is really nic
