One of the worst experiences ever. A white guy with a mole on the corner of one of his eyes was incredibly rude to me and mocked me and would not even try to listen to my request. He was incredibly disrespectful and was just straight up unhelpful. His tone was condescending and it looked like he enjoyed being rude to a student. He should not be working at UMD if he doesn’t want to help students, but instead wants to prevent them from being involved.
