This was my second time going to get my hair professionally done. The first was a few months back, and it was not a good experience. I went into the opposite direction with what I wanted and they immediately shut down anything I wanted. So to say I was extremely nervous about going somewhere else would be an understatement. But as soon as I sat down Jocelyn was incredibly nice and really helpful. She listened to what my goal was and we are on that path. She did an amazing job with my hair. I absolutely love it. Everyone in my family said it looks really good and is perfect for me. I will definitely be going back.

Emily was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I sat in her chair she made me feel so comfortable! She did a very thorough consult to make sure we were on the same page before she started, but she also checked in multiple times along the way! She recommended products that catered to my hair concerns perfectly. My cut is absolutely what I was looking for! I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much for such a lovely experience.

Emily is truly excellent!! My hair texture has improved and it’s growing faster and longer thanks to her expert advice. She always makes sure she’s cutting my hair how I’d like and regularly checks in with me to ensure it’s looking like how I requested. She’s so gentle with my hair I can barely tell she’s cutting it. I look forward to booking my hair appointment with her every time!!

I highly recommend Molly at the 9mile Strut salon. She is so cheerful and kind! She makes you feel so welcomed! She cut my hair exactly the way I asked and did it very quickly, not hurriedly, but efficiently! Which I’m appreciative of! I will definitely return and definitely recommend!

Emily was absolutely wonderful! I had attempted to cut my own hair and created quite the disaster, but Emily worked her magic and transformed it into a style I’m proud to wear. I’ve also been dealing with stubborn dandruff caused by our hard water, and she was incredibly helpful in recommending solutions that could make a real difference.
