Jessica is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, personable and flexible in appointment times. While training for a mountain climb in Ecuador, she managed all the aches and pains and got rid of them—and there were plenty. Recommend her to anyone training for an endurance sport, wholeheartedly!
Jessica is absolutely amazing herself... but her knowledge of the body and sports specific injuries are out of this world. I was lucky enough to see her two days before the LT100 and I know I beat my goal time in part due to her body work.
