Structural Solutions Massage, John Dudzic LMT

I came into structural solutions with significant tightness from ultra marathon training and within seconds of me talking about my symptoms, John was able to make an assessment that made sense. It has been a few weeks and I have had lasting results and plan to continue to see him during my next round of training. His space is thoughtful, clean, and calm. John knows the musculature of the body better than any massage therapist I’ve ever been to. Cannot recommend this guy more.

I think JOHN is incredibly knowledgeable about all the muscles, their insertions, and how best to manipulate them to gain the relief that I was searching for.. he has helped me incredibly with both my neck tightness and mid back soreness. He has the strength to get to those deep tight muscle areas, but also the great skill and judgment is to know when to back off also. I would highly recommend John to anyone that’s looking for a very therapeutic massage experience.

John is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to. He is skilled in his craft in addition to being kind, welcoming, and a great listener. I first came to him when I had thrown out my back. I was in so much pain I could barely move and was able to walk out unassisted. He took the time to listen to me and was able to tune into my body to help relieve the stress it was under. John provides a relaxing atmosphere and body work that is incomparable.
