Ernie has been amazing with fascia release. My body is responding well. I will continue regular treatment. I had a traumatic injury and over 13 surgeries. My body is feeling the best it has in a long time. I will continue this healing journey.

Transforming experience. I was hoping for a real deep tissue experience and I absolutely received it. The 60 min massage that Cadence gave was amazing. What stood out to me most is that he listened to my complaints and actually worked on it. I'm so happy that I've found StretchShops!!

My wife got me a gift certificate to The Muscle Mechanic for a massage. Reluctant at first, I went, and I'm glad I did. His skills and techniques were different than what I have had before. That is a very good thing because what he did actually helped. He's not your typical soft-handed, spa type of massage. It is on a different level. I felt my body make progress that I haven't had in years. I will definitely be back in the future. He is very knowledgeable, listens, and can tell where to direct his attention to help you.
