Call to cancel my service. The rep over the phone got mad, and said “shows character” and hung up the phone. Up until that point had no issues with the actual service.

Nate was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and does a great job. I always felt great afterwards.

Iam very impressed with all the kindness from all the employees ! Marilyn has really helped my back become more flexible and she's very kind . The manager Rick is unique as he's a straight up guy , thank you for your services, I highly recommend .

Friendly staff. Amazing experience. McKenzie did an excellent job walking me through the whole stretch. Left feeling way better than I have in awhile. Look forward to being able to return.

Richardo was incredibly engaging and made me feel comfortable during my session. He communicated clearly and effectively. I love the idea of the assisted stretching and enjoyed the demo. I think it would be beneficial to have prospective customers receive information about what to expect from their sessions (and explain the 3-5-7 scaling) before the session, as it was a lot of information and a bit intimidating to receive in the moment. Perhaps a short 3 minute video link would have helped manage my expectations for the visit. Unfortunately, the monthly pricing structure is well outside of my budget.
