Tracey is great!! I went in with lots of tension in my neck area, and upper shoulders...I have a possible tear in my left rotater cuff, he showed me some stretches that could help strengthen my left arm...and I left feeling like I could stand up taller and with a lot of that tension released. He was informative, nice company and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He also owns the place...so kudos to him. Go see him and get stretched!! It feels great!

I have had sessions with Mike and Tracey- they are both highly qualified. I feel so much better after the 30 minute stretch. I highly recommend Stretch Zone for anyone with chronic pain.

Iysis was outstanding, demonstrating expertise, outstanding communication throughout our session and overall having a wonderful “bedside manner” And very engaging. Rachel did a great job explaining everything. She wasn’t pushy, trying to make a sale. She was patient taking her time to earn my trust. They have several great membership options and even accept HSA. I will definitely be returning sooner rather than later!

I had a awesome experience. Raven is very knowledgeable. I sit all day as a customer service advocate. She was able to answer any questions that I had about my body aches.
