I've been working with Christa for a few short months now. It has been a complete game changer. I've suffered from chronic pain for over 20 years. Through stretch therapy I've been able to get back to the active things I used to do like working out, sports and running. I know soon that I will be able to get back on the race track.

I have been going to Stretch Therapy for a couple of months now. After my first session the only thing I could say was, 'is this my body???' I was immediately struck by the difference in how I felt from an hour before, to the way I felt after the treatment. I am a retired health professional. This a review of Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) practiced by Christa Currey at Stretch Health, Niagara Falls. I learned about Christa folllowing several accidents, and a year and a half of physiotherapy and specialized chiropractic treatments. I received benefit from these, but a set of symptoms remained: tightness in the right foot, calf and hip; restricted breathing and forward head posture. Christa was able to identify and resolve the cause, which was restrictions in the fascia through the frontal portion of my body. The other treatments received did not address this issue.
