Given the unbelievable strength of Larisa’s hands, having a Swedish Massage by her is an incredible experience. The effects of the massage are remarkably long-lasting. Having one every two weeks is one of the most looked forward to events in my life.

She uses a mix of European and American techniques. She also adds in range of motion which is nice. When she is done you feel great. You feel even better about an hour or two after your session. One word, AWESOME!

My first experience with Larisa at Stress Be Gone was wonderful. Larisa laid out expectations right away so I knew what to expect. Her pressure overall is quite firm. Although we didn't talk during the massage, she was very observant and modified her pressure based on the feedback from my muscles and breathing. Her use of a wide array of essential oils helped ease my aches and tension. It was a full body massage. My favorite part was the thorough neck and shoulder rub, and the relaxing closing foot massage. Larisa has a lot of empathy, clearly years of experience, and is open to feedback. I'll definitely be scheduling a followup visit soon.
