I had a face and neck lift with Dr. Hamm about two weeks ago. I chose him for his extensive experience and expertise, and even though I’m still healing, I couldn’t be happier with my results or the care I received from Dr. Hamm, Shaneese and the entire Strax team. My family members are so impressed by the work and my sister has decided to visit the facility for a consultation.

Twice have been and they try to give Letybo when I have specifically made appointments for other neurotoxins. Do not waste your time coming here.

I had a threading surgery done here, and it was a complete disaster. The results were nothing like what was promised by Tammy — uneven, poorly executed, and honestly worse than before I walked in. When I reached out to Tammy Pope to express my concerns, hoping for at least some accountability, I was completely dismissed. To make matters worse, Tammy refused to refund me, even though I was charged a "discounted" rate — as if that somehow excuses the poor quality of work. A discount doesn’t mean you can cut corners or ignore unhappy patients. Tammy Pope clearly prioritizes profit over people. Avoid this clinic at all costs. There are plenty of reputable places that actually stand by their work and treat patients with respect. This isn't one of them.

I had the most spectacular experience at this Strax Rejuvenation! It started with a phone call from Javier, who guided me through the process and connected me with the perfect surgeon for my procedure. He was incredibly knowledgeable and put me at ease. Then, I met Isabel, who welcomed me with her beautiful smile and made me feel so comfortable. She provided an exceptional experience throughout my journey. I also appreciated Isabella in the finance department, who explained everything clearly and made me feel confident in my decision. The pre-op team, including the two women who handled my EKG and paperwork, were wonderful and took great care of me.
