Strawberry Blonde Hair Salon & Extensions

EXTENSION INSTALL REVIEW I would not recommend this salon for extensions. I spent over $2,000 on this process and less than 10 weeks later discovered severe matting and breakage, even though I followed the care instructions exactly (though they were minimal and only provided with questions I asked). I had to pay another stylist 5 ½ hours of work just to remove and detangle my hair. The owner, who performed the install, was willing to remove the extensions but refused to provide any services to address the damage, redo the work with a different type of extension at my cost, or offer even a partial refund. Went here already three times to see Rachel Brown. She always seeks to understand and be in the same page with what I am ask for. Plus always give me advice on how to care for my scalp. Recently went there with my curly hair for conditioning since my hair was so dry bc of the well water in my house, she really treated my scalp so nicely. I’ll insert pictures of that too.

I have gone to see Rachel Brown for my hair several times and she NEVER DISAPPOINTS! I am extremely happy with my cut and color each time and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Wilmington area. She is so personable, genuine and creates an environment of peace and relaxation!

Mahaliyah was amazing! She was so fast at cutting my very long hair. She specializes in long hair and brunettes, which was perfect. Booking her was incredibly easy since she uses an app style booking that sends you both confirmations and reminders. I felt confident that she would do a good job based on her instagram photos, and I could not have been more pleased. She is kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to your requests. I will definitely be back to see her! The salon is large and clean, with each booth set widely apart from those around it so that you dont feel like you are on top of others or in each other's conversations.
