Strandz Unlimited Beauty Supply

This is a very nice combination salon and hair supply store. I was greeted by Candace and Jocelyn. The clientele waiting for servicing and /or being serviced were men, and women of all ethnics. I noticed Jocelyn did braids like out of a magazine. Be mindful.. the owner or someone who normally works on the store side should service your hair supply purchases. Some of the hair was not priced, and I felt it caused me to pay more.

Walked into the store , there no one was the desk/register; I was there to buy a wig. I looked around for about 10-15 mins. No one approached me although there were people I could hear in the area marked “employees only. So I left. Really wanted to buy from a black owned business but this was not a winning experience. I didn’t call out to anyone because I shouldn’t have to. There should be a way of knowing a customer is in your store. Sad to say not sure I’ll go back.

Very nice experience at this store. Came here to support a black owned beauty supply and was very happy with how I was treated and helped. Was able to grab some new beard care by a company I was introduced to called Debonair Beard Co

Wonderful friendly environment. They do beautiful hair cuts, dreads, die and the best beautiful braids in the city. Hands down. I am a returning customer.

Arrived at 2:30pm on a Sunday. No one there, all dark and locked up. No sign other than the hours of operation starting they are open until 4pm Saturday and Sunday.
