I came to this salon for my first time in December because my normal stylist wasn't available. The salon is nice (I love the private booths). My hair just needed some blonde root touchup and a trim. The lady that did my hair was very sweet and kind. However, when I got home, I realized that I had huge blonde "chunks" all over (looked very choppy) and my roots were not even blonde. There was a VERY visible line (where my roots had grown out). I'm very low maintenance with my hair and am not super picky at all. It was very inconsistent and extremely disappointing. I paid $120 for this ($150 total with tip). The picture is one week after my appointment. I will not be back.
