My stylist was very helpful, providing me with product suggestions and making the whole experience wonderful. I was cautious about going to a new salon especially as a walk in but I was taken to someone a minute after I walked in and everyone was friendly and the place was very cute ! Just went in for a trim and my stylist was able to guide me through the cut with taking pictures to make sure I was comfortable with what she was doing and let me know her professional opinion about how to better care for my hair type.

I have been to the salon about three times. A rule they have is if it has been several months since the last visit your hair could have changed and a consult needs to take place. The consult is quick and they don't even touch your hair they just take a look to confirm its natural. As a long time natural but not consistent client here that was a bit of an issue for me but I needed the service so i had to deal. I went for my appointment was pleased to see they have private parking. Upon entering my stylist was ready and I didn't even sit in the waiting room. My hair was thoroughly washed and conditioned, she then blow dried my hair on low / cool setting. The stylist was very pleasant, she and I had a nice conversation throughout about everything from food to hair care. She made me very comfo

I booked a consultation here for a retwist using the sister lock process. When I arrived for my consultation the stylist was quickly able to recognize that my dreads were too thick for this process to be used. She was kind enough to offer me a refund for the cost of the consultation and said she would text me to schedule an interlocking service which would work with my hair. I was never given a refund, and she never reached out to me to book the interlocking process. I called multiple times, sent direct messages on instagram, left comments on instagram posts but never received a response.

First time going to this salon after 2yrs of getting my Sisterlocs and looking for a permanent home to do my reties. Stylist was late but she called and informed me. Provided guidance for hair maintenance and booking online is very convenient.

I've been going so many years trust me when I tell you if I find another place to do my hair I'm out. They are not friendly people... If you can't come to your appointment and want to change it good luck with that.. they don't answer their phones... My beautician always late and no explanation when she comes. Good luck if you guys wants to go there.. as for me I'm looking for some other to do my hair... With someone who appreciates my business
