I returned to this salon to add a money piece after previously having balayage done. Unfortunately, my hair lifted unevenly with green, orange, and blonde tones, along with noticeable damage. Although it was toned, the result remained multiple shades. I reached out immediately and explained that the green tone was not capturing well in photos. I was told it would wash out, but after repeated washing, nothing changed. I also stopped by the salon in person to show the issue. The stylist later offered to lighten it again in 4 to 8 weeks at no cost. While I appreciate the offer, the initial result and how the situation was handled left me uncomfortable moving forward. At this point, I do not feel confident trusting the same or any other stylist in this place with further chemical processing

I had passed Strandz a number of times when I was working in Gouverneur. I decided to try the place as I have seen Drew’s work posted on social media. She took the time to match my hair color to a swatch. She did a wonderful job coloring my hair and gave me a beautiful style. Thank you so much Drew for a great look and wonderful experience.

I got a wedding updo. They were great! They explained exactly why the photo I brought would look exactly the same with my hair type and explained how it would look. The result was beautiful! I also considered them very reasonably priced.

So this was my first time there. When I got there , I didn't even know what I had wanted done exactly. Drew was my stylist. I sat down and said what I was thinking of. I asked her for her recommendations because I can't make up my mind. I told her to surprise me. Crazy, right? Well she did an amazing job. I was so impressed. I got some highlights with toner done. I am not a girly girl but man I really like it. Drew if you read this, thank you. I will be back. I totally recommend this place.

A very friendly place and Jobeth always does an amazing job with my hair. The only place I'll get my hair cut.
