Strait to the Roots Spa

I get the amazing privilege to guide yoga classes at this community hub ... I love all the offerings here. I came here as a community member without a community. When I walked through the doors as a massage client I knew I was home. The building, the people and the offerings keep me engaged with my deepest self ... That is healing, de-stressing, beneficial to my health, lowers my blood pressure, helps me focus, be more flexible and strong.... ALL THE THINGS. It's the most fun preventative care, deep care, and nourishing time I can offer myself. And that's why I teach and why I practice at Strait to the Roots. So glad to have this space and community ... Classes 6 days a week 🤩

When you walk into Strait to the roots there is this calming and welcoming atmosphere. Every massage therapist I've seen here has been AMAZING! There are so many different options for massage to choose from the hardest part is picking. Taelar is so sweet and going to strait to the roots is the BEST feeling (especially the after!). I definitely recommend making an appointment and getting your relaxation on!

Strait To The Roots is the best! It's a must-stop venue whenever I'm in Mackinaw City. I've attended yoga classes, had my share of smoothies and bowls, participated in retreats, and experienced many of the spa services. Love it all! Tae is the best!!

My 20 minute massage at Strait to the Roots Spa was a game changer for my sprained knee. Taelar is a great massage therapist, with her knowledge of both massage and yoga, and was able to massage and stretch the muscles of my leg so that I walked out afterwards feeling so much better than I when I walked in.

I have been going to Strait to the Toots since they opened and every part of their business is great! The messages are amazing, the smoothies are delicious and the classes they offer are perfect for me! Tae and her crew are awesome!!!
