$21 men. $15 seniors. Average cost of haircuts in the area $10. First time ever they have their clients faced awkwardly inward and you're staring directly at the other person 5 get away trying to look unsuccessfully into the opposite mirror. Haircut itself was ok after multiple times to correct it which is kinda expected given its my first time and they don't know my preferences and style.

Horrible customer service. I took appointment from the lady who works their for next day at 9 am, And when I got their on my appointment time . I found a guy who is doing a hair cut to a customer . He said we are close . I told him what do you mean I have appointment,He said I don’t know we are close with very bad attitude. Save your many and go somewhere else

One of the worst barbers I have ever went to named Juan In the pumas barber shop. I asked for a haircut with design and messed up the whole design and try to cover it with enhancements. He tried to tell me that it’s because my hair was too light and I told him to make sure if he was able to do it before doing it. Juan also cut me with the razor on the back side of my head

Been going here since I was a teenager..going to miss Tao when he retires and going to be tough to replace..overall new owner has done a good job taking care of the place and seems to have great relationships with his clients.

I am a female who got her hair cut here. There is one lady who works here who refused to cut my hair because I am female. She said she only does male hair cuts my hair is a fohawk so I don't see what the problem is. I feel discriminated against.
