I’ve never had a bad experience here. The ladies are nice and always day to do what I ask. Such talent!

Came in to get builder gel nails with Cindy last month I love them so much that I decided to come back. I simply wanted them filled. No color changed just a fill. I called to make an appointment at 1:30 PM. They told me she was not working today so I decided to come here anyways because of the work that was done. I walked in 10 minutes early to my appointment and was told to have a seat. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. There were two girls in the back. I’m not sure if they were on break or they were just waiting to service someone when I stood up and said I wanted to cancel my appointment out of frustration I was told by three of the girls there that were doing pedicures I could be now serviced and that the girls in the back don’t do acrylic nails I’m not sure where they got

Zero talent or care. Did my daughter’s nails in 30 minutes totally rushed. She just wanted short cute white tips. They ended up doing like flare nails and they were so long and ugly. We had showed them A picture of exactly what she wanted then they were rude to us cause I spoke up and said they were way too long and flare. Don’t waste your time or money

If I could put negative stars I would. This is the last time I’m ever coming here. Today my mom asked me to drop her off to get a pedicure there, I went inside to translate what my mom wanted her pedicure to have/look like. I explained very well to the lady and had to go run an errand so I left my mom there and came back to pick her up. When I picked her up my mom let me know that the lady who helped her had cut her twice and that her toe hurt. We let the lady who was charging know and she didn’t care. She was still charged the $40.00 so we paid and left no tip. I’ve attached photos and I’ll leave it to your own discretion, but I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I stopped in this afternoon for a fill. I have been to this place many times before. However, my experience this time had me a bit upset and confused. I had asked for two colors and a little bit of glitter on 3 of nails. They nail tech said that will be $5 more. I was confused because in all of the other times I have had similar things done and they were fine with it and have never charged me more. It's not like I was asking for much. No designs and nothing fancy. I told the nail tech "I'm not okay paying more and the last time I came in I had a very similar design and you didn't charge me extra?" she told me "you can go with just the one color" I proceeded to tell her "that's okay I can go somewhere else". I was not yelling and I was kind with my complaint about them wanting to charge me
