I've only been once but I have recommended it to my tattoo artist my massage therapist and my husband. I feel like body work is about to change my life. Also, Phil is awesome, I'm the type who loves to learn about my body and how it works and why and how what he does works. I felt a difference right away albeit small right now since I've twisted myself up good but with regular visits I'm excited to see the progression!!

I first met Phil about four years ago and have traveled with him through multiple locations because he is the best with bodywork. I have suffered from chronic headaches and neck pain, and could not find relief through just massage, acupuncture, PT, etc. He listened thoughtfully and adapted techniques as we found what worked and didn’t for my body. I had referred may friends and family to him as well. I even have family that live in other states and make sure to have an appointment when they’re visiting. Phil is truly the best at what he does, and I’m so thankful I found his practice.

Stoic is really fantastic. I’m not a strong believer in non-traditional medicine by default. However, what Phil was able to do was incredible, and after years of chronic pain I have comfort and function back again. You should not hesitate to visit them if you have joint pain or motion restriction.

I’ve been seeing Phil for bodywork for a long time, and just started training with Stacey recently. My regimen has really been helping with my back pain, and both Stacey and Phil are amazing, knowledgeable, and always professional. I highly recommend Stoic Bodywork!!

I went to see Phil on recommendation of a few different friends who have benefited from him. Holy cow!!! Phil is a miracle worker. I have a slight postural issue in that my shoulders rotate forward just a tad. My other issue was that my right shoulder was almost frozen.......or so I thought. Within 2 minutes of being there, Phil said "you have a pulled bicep which is contributing to your shoulder issue." He then plucked my tendons and muscles like a master classical guitarist. Was it fun? No. Did he fix my issue? YES!!! I woke up today feeling better than ever. I hit the gym and warmed up, only to find that I had full mobility back in my right shoulder. Amazing. I can't recommend Phil enough. Ask him how he got started doing this. It's a pretty fascinating story.
