Stockyard Lofts

I have lived in a studio at Stockyard Lofts for eight months and absolutely love it. I am a graduate student and highly recommend the complex to grad students or anyone in their mid-20s to early 30s. It is in the best location when looking for a place to live. So much is within walking distance, making life fun. I love the downtown view from my apartment/balcony. Also, you can't beat having a rooftop pool on a hot summer day. The other residents are super friendly and will play music by the pool. I wish the gym had a little more to offer, but it works. As for the noise of being near the interstate/downtown, I can't hear the everyday traffic, but there is a fire station nearby, and I can hear the sirens of the fire trucks when they pass. I love this place. This was a wonderful place to live, my apartment was spacious, clean, and stylish. I was always proud to bring guests to see my place. Gabbi and Farron at the front office made me feel welcome right away and they are always great to talk to and so responsive if I had any questions. Maintenance is top notch, essentially the moment I had an issue they were there and had the problem resolved in no time. Scott and Rick are great at what they do. My fellow residents were also a pleasure to get to know. The location is the most desirable spot in Knoxville, the assortment of restaurants and stores within a minute walk really makes this one of the best places to live. I’ll always cherish my time at stockyard lofts!

I’ve lived here since it has been open and have absolutely loved my experience! New management is fantastic and maintenance is always fast and keeps everything up to date. I have two cats and that has never been an issue. Access to parking in my own garage in Old City makes it worthwhile!

I've been here at stockyard for 3 years now, & just resigned for two more years. I've had a great experience living here. It's a vibe right in the heart of Old City and have made lots of great friends living out here. The leasing management and maintenance crew are awesome and have always been super helpful anytime I have any needs or issues

Living here is awesome! The staff is amazing and the amenities are always kept up and clean. The staff does an excellent job keeping the tenants updated. The apartments themselves are beautiful. They are also very pet friendly! The dog park is less than a 5 min walk down the road. It is in a super central location for downtown and old city walking. They do a great job keeping the grounds clean and safe.
