GIA IS A MIRACLE WORKER! I needed some custom clip-in extensions for my wedding, as my hair has a highly specific thick, coarse, curly texture, and complex mixed-blonde color. I went in for a consultation - and when I say Gia's an extension guru, I mean it. Together, we crafted the perfect mix & match set of extensions, fully curated - including length, density, texture, highlight and lowlight colors / tints - to my exact hair needs. She was even able to fully match the texture to my specific curl pattern! The package was *barely* more expensive than purchasing a NON custom pre-made package from somewhere like Bellami. I’ve been trying to add my before & after photos but for some reason google wont let me add them, but let me just say WHAT A TRANSFORMATION!! I walked in with THE most botched tape in extensions EVER and I cried when Bri showed me a picture of it at the top where my ex-stylist taped over the previous glue..it got matted, the color was all over the place, my scalp had bald spots which I’ve never experienced before. Bri & Gia & Liv all worked tirelessly in between their own clients just to take out my fudged up tape ins and didn’t want me to walk out the door without a full transformation - so they worked with me. Soft, natural, full and they blend so seamlessly with my own hair that nobody can even tell I’m wearing extensions. They are extremely comfortable all day and even while sleeping! I saw kiki when I was half asleep and nervous being at a new salon. She welcomed me, gave me a wonderful head massage, and then a lovely cut. She was so fast and my bangs look killer. Her whole vibe was cool, and even though I was shy and didn't say much I could tell I didn't need to be. I am going back in January when I have long enough hair to do the style we are working towards (fairuza balk in her craft days). Oh and I have celiac and cant have gluten on my skin either. She took the time to read the products she used and was patient as we looked up what was gluten free and could be used. Seriously one of the kindest things anyone has ever done for me. I had an appointment with Dedra a couple weeks ago for a balayage and it was the best experience from start to finish! It’s been years and years since I’ve colored my hair and Dee did an incredible job! I was in love with my hair leaving the salon and I’m just as happy now that it’s been lived in as I was on that day. She also fixed a haircut that I wasn’t totally happy with (received at a different salon) so I was able to keep the majority of my length but now it’s a cut that I love and can easily style every day. I can’t wait to go back, and am so grateful for the experience - she also was the most fun to chat with throughout a long appointment!
