If I give no stars I would. Kristina is unprofessional can not honor on what we discussed. I bought a voucher from Groupon for a Brazilian wax. When we set an appointment for 2/14/26 that she put into her Booksy app(which by the way gave me reminders of the appointment) the morning of I told her that I was running a little late she was informing it was her birthday and she is not coming in. I asked her if someone else will be doing the service she told me no. I continued to ask her why set an appointment when she knew it was her birthday and she wasn't taking on clients. She informed me that I wasn't on her appointment logs. I sent her the screenshot of the appointment reminder and her response was she thought I canceled. The last reminder was sent at around 10 last night of our appointme

They don't know what organization means. I drove 10+ miles only to find out at the last minute that they were closed, even though they confirmed my appointment. I understand it's Thanksgiving, but if you don't plan on working during that time, then close your online appointment.

So glad I finally found a spot close to home! Always weary of trying new places so I sent my sister in first and got amazing feedback. I've now gone here twice, once for myself (toner and cut) and my daughter (dye blue tips) and once for myself (full balayage refresh) and I've loved it both times! The girls are amazing, the conversation is great and the music is good. This isn't your overpriced hair salon. This is a reasonably priced spot with girls that know their stuff and do amazing work. Ellie has gotten my hair perfect each time! I usually dread the hours I have to spend at the salon (2-3 hours usually) and I've actually enjoyed my visits! I definitely recommend making an appointment at this spot. You may need to wait a day or two for an appointment, but it's well worth the wait!

Absolutely loved my experience. I got both a haircut and a coloring. Great prices too. Super friendly and offers services in Spanish as well!

I am 5 months postpartum and my hair has been falling and I just haven’t been feeling myself. I decided to go in for a haircut without any idea of what I truly wanted. Ellie nailed it tho! She asked me a few questions and I let her take charge and I’m so glad I did! I love my new haircut and length. Makes me feel rejuvenated :) They accept walk ins but I recommend calling ahead of time so it doesn’t interfere with someone else’s appointment.
