Cassandra is incredible. She is the only massage therapist that I've gone back to repeatedly because of the skill and effect. An experience that not only relaxes, but makes your body feel better in the days after, something thats pretty rare in the massage industry! Could not reccomend her enough.

Cassandra is a skilled, talented and intuitive massage therapist. She senses what your body needs and provides the gentle (and sometimes not so gentle) attention that will help you heal. She finds those knots that you may not have known needed some love and gets in there and persuades them to release. She has many tools to help you feel better and knows when and how to use them. If you want to treat yourself to some high quality self care, get a massage from Cassandra!

Cassandra is an incredible practitioner. Her use of massage, cupping, stretching, and sound healing is innovative and extremely effective. She creates a very relaxing environnement and really puts a lot of thought into the space she has created for her clients. I have been seeing Cassandra regularly now for over a year and a half. It's hard to imagine where I would be in my healing journey without her! She has helped me navigate an intense medication withdrawal, and more recently, she is helping me process the grief of my mother's passing. Cassandra is communicative and listens to your needs before during and after body work. I’ve been going to Still within for years now and very happy with her massage services. I’m a marathoner and have constant tightness in the hips and back so it’s been great to go somewhere I trust.
