Unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I was recommended by a regular to see a specific person (Teresa). The technician spent about 15 minutes gossiping instead of working on my nails, repeatedly turning her body away to engage in conversation while still holding my hand. Later, she raised her voice at me, saying I was holding her up from going to church. This happened during a process where I had already picked out colors, and then another technician brought in additional options. To be given more choices, asked to evaluate them, and then yelled at for taking time to decide (1-2 min) felt like my tech was throwing an adult tantrum and uncomfortable. On the hunt for the best gel-X spot, and this is the best so far. I wish I had gotten the name of the man that did my nails. He did such a great job and paid lots of attention to the small details! I used to come for regular acrylics, and it has always been super clean. Love getting pedicures here as well!

Normally, I never write reviews but I felt it was needed to advocate for myself and for the people who consider coming here in the future. It was not worth the money I spent. I’m upset— before we began I had a reference photo and asked the woman who was doing my nails if she was able to do french + the design (i would’ve preferred if she’d been honest and said no), however, she said yes. Numerous times during the shaping bit in the beginning I had to intervene since they were very thick and weren’t evenly matched (still are VERY thick). When it came time to do the french tip, it wasn’t at all what I wanted and when I asked her to tweak them, she just stood up, walked away, and someone else finished for her. I had such a great experience at Stiletto Nails & Lashes! The staff were so kind and detailed with their work. My manicure and pedicure turned out beautiful — exactly what I wanted. The salon is clean and relaxing, Definitely one of my favorite places to treat myself! 💅✨
