Wanted mini twist on my natural hair. Parts were a mess. The only thing that was used on my hair was water in a spray bottle. The twist were super stringy & all different sizes. I left with soaking wet hair and looking worse than Hurricane Chis. I ended up trying to fix it on my own at home .. you get what you pay for I guess. Definitely a “0” star service …..Total cost was 80 bucks.

I’m not sure how I feel about this place. I made an appointment a few weeks ago. After two business days I called to confirm the appointment which was for 11 am I think and was given the option to come at 2 pm - which I agreed. I felt a way because why is your availability on the booking site not matching? But that’s beside the point. On the day of my appointment , a few hours before I get a text asking that I come at 3 because she is behind. I arrive on time and I’m told that the price would be $100 for a braided ponytail without extensions because apparently the size was “small”. I had included the style I wanted in my booking note and this was not discussed. I knew pricing was subject to change but did not expect it to double especially when my hair did not get braided at the time we a

I had a disappointing experience at STEVIHAIR STYLES. I went in to get braids, but there was a miscommunication about the style I requested, and I was not informed clearly upfront about how much hair was needed. After trying to work with what I brought, the stylist went ahead—but unfortunately, the braids began falling out within three days. I ended up having to go elsewhere to have my hair completely re-braided, which was frustrating and a waste of both time and money. I wouldn’t return or recommend this salon based on my experience. Clear communication, proper guidance, and long-lasting results should be the minimum standard for any professional braiding service.
