Not a place I recommend. I have had 2 bad haircuts from two different people. The 2nd one was worst than the first. I called and was upset, they offered to fix it with another girl but I can't bring myself in to have it "fixed" too risky....I'm just living that ponytail life because I can't even style it or hide it. My hair has beautiful curls that people in Vermont just don't know how to cut! My curls won't curl it's like they each have a rat tail?! AND it is incredibly uneven, I didn't ask for anything fancy, I asked for some helpful advice from the stylist because my first cut from there was meh, and I waited another 4 months for another cut. It really is disappointing after you go to a "salon" and end up looking like you cut your own hair!

I was in Burlington for some errands and lucked out with a same day appointment and even more so to be placed with stylist Jessica. Whose professionalism and skill was immediately apparent. Jessica provided an excellent cut, shape and style. Customer service by all team members and ambiance were top notch.

This was my 1st cut since the pandemic started. I felt comfortable with the changes they made. Capacity was limited, the chairs were separated by plastic barriers, I saw chairs get disinfected after use, and the staff were all wearing masks. I was very nervous about my appointment, but the staff were all incredibly nice and easy to talk to after not having interacted with anyone new in several months. My stylist listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable. I look forward to my next appointment!

Yen was amazing! She took the time to really listen to me and gave me the best cut I have had in a very long time!

Have had great experiences with everyone except for one woman. Woman was incredibly rude and insensitive alluding to me being pregnant before my salon treatment even though I very much was not. Everyone outside that one bad egg is great to deal with.
