I had a disappointing experience during my visit. There was no warm welcome when I walked in — the staff looked unfriendly and didn’t smile. Everyone was speaking Spanish, and no one made an effort to communicate in English. I understand there may be a language barrier, but being kind and welcoming doesn’t require words. A simple smile or polite gesture would have made a big difference. I didn’t feel comfortable and I wouldn’t go back.

i’ve been going to this salon since i was 15. the female manager has always been nice to me but there has always been a bit of a language barrier because i do not speak spanish. i have been going there to get my hair done, the male (younger) worker is always so rude to me. when i ask questions he gave me one word replies, does not even smile at me or ask what i want done, and does not even say thank you when i tip. instead of talking to me he seems annoyed and uses his hands to point instead of his words which is also rude. this has happened multiple times, and while the results of my hair are amazing, i just cannot deal with the attitude anymore as it makes me feel not welcomed. i understand there is a language barrier but that does not excuse how you treat someone. they also randomly rai

Best Hair Salon Ever! Went to get my hair colored by Stephanie and she was very professional, she had special techniques while she was applying the hair dye. She offered me an excellent hair treatment that left my hair looking shiny and healthy. It was an amazing before and after result. I was very impressed and satisfied with the hair died. My hair looks Gorgeous thanks to her! I’ll be definitely coming back for re-touch and refer customers to her.

$35 for a subpar wash and haircut. The owner and staff could be nicer and more welcoming to new clients.
