Steeles Therapeutic Massage

After a bicycle accident which fractured my right hip, I tried many different therapies to recover strength, deal with chronic pain and recover range of motion and flexibility. Hands down, my bi-weekly deep tissue massages with Alan Steele were the most targeted and successful of anything I tried. Alan is so knowledgable - I could go into my sessions in pain and leave feeling as if I had a new body. The residual pain from my injury has been gone for several years. He is wise, kind, and very professional. We're so fortunate to have an expert in this area!

Steele's now offers chiropractic So you can get adjusted and a massage in one visit. Perfect combo Sometimes when I go for an adjustment, I am so swollen and tight, it's difficult. With this combo, I can get a short 15 minute massage and then I'm ready to be adjusted. Steele's also has a policy that the massage therapists don't talk through the massage unless you want to talk. So no talking your ear off if you want serenity. Dr. Katelyn is a fantastic chiro and always fixed the worst of my headaches.

Allie is fabulous, hands down the best massages I've ever experienced. Everyone I have recommended her too has said the same!!!
