Steel Magnolias Salon

Sadly, I will not be returning to this location as a client. My hair stylist failed to perform the service I was charged for. I came back about a week later for it to be fixed. After the touch-up, my hair still looked unfinished. The owner of this business refused to offer a refund, because of the time and resources put into my hair. While that reasoning is perfectly valid, the fact remains that I did not receive the quality of service that I paid for. If you pay someone to clean your car, and there is still dirt all over it, it doesn’t matter that the person you paid put their time and effort into cleaning it if it still has dirt all over it. 10/10 — best hair experience I’ve ever had. Lauren understood exactly what I wanted and somehow made it look even better than I imagined. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing — the color is stunning, and the haircut is perfect, adding so much volume and life to my hair. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Lauren is the best! I am a natural redhead and she does a great job with glossing my hair when I feel my color starts to get dull. Go to her for all your hair needs, you’ll leave feeling even more confident and beautiful!

Grace does fantastic work with both haircuts and balayage — she always makes sure you leave happy.
