Steady Nails & Spa II

I go here for manicure and pedicure and I only like one person do my manicure and pedicure. I get the deluxe pedicure because it comes with hot stones and a lot of other nice things since I use my feet a lot. I also Tip so if I go there and my tech isn’t there I leave I do not allow anyone else to do my manicure pedicure because I know that they’re not gonna take the time out to be as attentive as her. The only thing I don’t like about this place are the knats John needs to do something about those bugs flying around. When he first came the place was awesome glasses of wine but now It’s definitely going downhill broken massage seats, water all on the floor and it smells like raw sewage in there at times. I went to Steady nails today,with my daughter's to get our nails done. I didn't see the man at first when I got their,so the short Korean lady in the back to the right to the right ended up doing my nails for me,when I looked at my nails,when she was done, they looked crazy!! All of them was lumpy an uneven.she gets an attitude, and say that she has other customers and say that she has other customers and if I need my nails redone that I have to pay again. I show her what I'm talking about and she trying to say that my nails was perfectly finewhen I'm looking at the nails clearly lumpy as hell so I go over to other customers and the workers and let them see how my nails was looking all the customers seen and said that they was all the way jacked up and looked it crazy!! Idk why they are called steady nails. Ain’t nothing steady about them! I had a terrible experience. The girl had my toes looking crazy! It was crooked and she rushed. They also add a 4$ fee to your bill for paying with debit or credit or Apple Pay and they DO NOT TELL YOU UPFRONT NOR IS A SIGN POSTED.

My nails was so nice I loved them so do much and plus I live right in pilgrim across the street and been coming in there with my Godmother since they grand opening me and her was the 1st people in there

I went with my sister to get pedi and mani, my sister was 1st so while I waited another woman was getting her eyebrow i ask the technician if I could be next she look at me and start talking in her language. I told my sis to turn on Google translate than she speaks english ...later when i did get my eyebrow done it felt like she was trying to push my eyeballs in. When it was my turn to get my feet done she cut my toe. This was my 1st and last time going there
