Steady Nails

It's 3:05 on a Sunday where it's advertised they close at 5 and they're telling customers they're closed while she has no customer and is emptying garbage and another is finishing the sale of another customer. This is the third time same foolishness with this nail place closing before their advertised time, I won't be back. In this neighbor you behave as if it's okay, another neighborhood you wouldve taken customers as close to closing time as possible. If you know you stop taking customers at a certain time then that should be advertised!!! Diabolical business practice, to stop taking customers 2 hours before the time, it states your business closes.

This was the WORST manicure i’ve ever had not only did she keep scrapping my skin off with the drill she also also stopped during my manicure to drill hers When I kindly asked her to stop scrapping my skin off she told me that it was my fault and kept doing it. All my nails were uneven and I had a lot of gel left on my skin after the manicure and had to peel it off myself lol please save your money and go anywhere but here you will regret it

This was my third time going for a pedicure and first time for a basic manicure. I haven't had a problem and I am happy with the service and the prices. I will be a regular customer, hopefully, from now on.

The nail techs at this Salon aren’t half decent. When i went in i showed the nail tech what i wanted before getting started. She tell me yes she can but it will be $7+ on top of the initial $45. Which was fine, im use to paying $100 in average for nails. I start soaking my nails and another Nail Tech takes over. I wanted a certain pink acrylic but he put the one he wanted. He did not file down the acrylic nor the cuticle area. Then when i asked where is the white that goes in the nail design he tells me there is an additional $10 for white nail polish. I asked for straight swuared nails (like always do them), he said he can’t cause its to small. He kept implying that he knew what he was doing and that it looked good. Atp I said leave them clear, i didnt like the fact that they kept adding

I went here to get a fill in on my nails, i asked for them to be cut down a little bit . She continued to cut them down to where they could fit my actual nail bed . She also added a lot of acrylic and made the nails very big and bulky . I had an incident with them a few years and decided to forgive but never forget . I will never again go back here .
