I recently visited for a haircut with the goal of finding a style that suited me better, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Joann was incredibly professional and really made me feel comfortable in the chair unlike other places. She really took the time to listen to what I was hoping for and gave advice on what would work best for my hair type. Before getting started, she made sure to walk me through each step of the process and explained how the new style would complement my features. The attention to detail and care she put into making sure I was happy with the cut truly made for a positive experience. I’m thrilled with how it turned out and will absolutely be returning.
