Stay The Spa

Love love love this place. I have been here several times over the years for massages, and they are always excellent! Such a relaxing, calm ambiance in every room. Yesterday I went with my mom to get facials, and it was absolutely wonderful! Mackenzie was amazing, I will definitely be booking with her again, it was such a relaxing experience and my face feels amazing. My mom had Tori, and she loved her experience as well! Highly recommend!!!

This was my first ever massage experience. It was a very pleasant experience. Mrs. Diane is the best. I would recommend this place to anyone! It's also local, not a chain. Support local!

This review is long overdue but definitely worth writing. The owner is always very cordial and ensures that you are happy with your time spent here. I have been getting sugared by Emily for over a year now and she is fantastic!!! Always ensures that you are comfortable, happy with your service, and professional. I get a Brazilian every time and she is quick and efficient, and makes you feel at ease. I do love getting a coffee or a mimosa when I come in and often have relaxed in the back rejuvenation lounge area. The spa is clean, the decor is peaceful, and the best part is you get a parking voucher. As I drive from Navarre, I always take use of the parking voucher to walk around downtown Pensacola for a bit and visit some shops. Definitely a great way to pamper oneself.

From the moment I entered STAY, I was amazed at the comfortable atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. At check in, I was greeted with a smile, by 2 sweet ladies and they addressed my concerns of a parking /ticket situation and then offered me beverages. Diane was my massage therapist. I instantly liked her as she laughed at me calling her the wrong name (Denise) on the first meet! 😊 Ahhhh the hot stone massage. It was AMAZING! I felt comfortable with Diane’s  professional (but sweet manner) from beginning to end!  The room was set up with warmth and calming music- very comfy. Good evening I just left from this outstanding place. Let me start off saying I was greet you soon as the door open, very friendly voice and face with a smile I was handed a clipboard to fill out for some information I was placed in comfortable chairs. I waited less than five minutes before the massage therapy came and got me. I was ask if I needed to use the restroom or needed anything before my massage then escorted to room with double massage tables. Very clean and smell great I was explained a lot of information, had a choice of picking out an aromatherapy fragrance of course I pick lavender. I was given instructions on how to Prepare before she exited the room. I had a one hour massage. I asked for light to medium pressure when I tell you it was exactly what I needed. She was gentle
