Booked on the cut app with morales for our son appointment was at 1:10 we came at 1 and waited outside the shop while our son played because he was cutting someone and shaving their face PAST our appointment time, by the time he was done and we came into the shop he was rude had a attitude and said we were late, though he saw us waiting outside the shop for over 20 minutes while he was doing someone else INTO our booked appointment time. Left without a haircut ridiculous and rude!

Today, while walking around the mall, I noticed a TV playing the 49ers game and naturally took a moment to glance over—being a Niners fan myself. At that moment, a shorter, stockier barber from the nearby shop approached me and asked, “Are you looking for a haircut or do you like the song?” I replied, “Neither, I’m a 49ers fan and just wanted to catch a bit of the game.” I even showed him my new 49ers hat that I had just purchased. I will NEVER have my son go to this barbershop again! I will also NEVER recommend this barbershop to anyone! As soon as my son got home, I asked him to show me his haircut. I immediately noticed the scratches and cuts on my son’s head. He had scratches and cuts on the back of his ears, the back of his neck and on the side of his face. I took pictures and also called the barbershop to ask if this is the type of so called professional service they provide. The person who answered the phone tried to blame it on the clippers. When a business notices that their equipment is faulty, they should replace it; not continue to use it. If it was due to the clippers not being sharp, then they should’ve replaced the clippers a long time ago not continued to scratch and cut customer’s heads including my

Stay Blessed barber shop lives up it it's name. JC is an amazing barber and so kind. My kids were comfortable from the very start and he did an amazing job. We finally found our new barber.

Absolutely awful customer service. I was talked to rudely, and he didn't even know a basic hair cutting technique. My son who is mixed, has very dense and coarse curls, and I am really shocked he didnt know what point cutting was. 🤷🏻‍♀️
