I stopped in for a men’s haircut and couldn’t be happier with the result. Tracy (my sylist) took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, gave great suggestions, and delivered a clean, sharp look that suits me perfectly. The shop is spotless, relaxing, and has a friendly vibe from the moment you walk in. You can tell they care about both the quality of the cut and the comfort of the customer. Fly-away, frizzy hair is how she lets me walk out. Shampoo, condition, cut & blow dry all done in 15 minutes. She never puts product in my hair or shows me the back of my head and I’ve been going there for 4 years and I'm not a cheap tipper! Shop is very nice and my cut was good--just lacking in styling. AAHHHH the perfect response: we don't have a record of you being a client! A slap in the face for a 4 yr customer. Glad to be done with you!
