Just got a great haircut at State Street Barbers in Boise and will definitely be back. We just moved back to Boise and I’m glad I found this place. All the negative reviews are from the previous ownership and are irrelevant now… The shop has a clean, classic barbershop feel without being stiff or pretentious. Easy place to relax the minute you walk in. Osman actually took the time to talk through what I wanted and didn’t rush the cut at all. The fade was on point. You can tell he cares about the details and takes pride in his craft. The atmosphere was friendly and laid-back, and everyone in the shop was welcoming. The barbershop is a hidden gem. I was able to get in last minute, and they went above and beyond. The haircut was excellent, the price was more than reasonable, and the conversations made the whole experience even better. Friendly, professional, and skilled. Would have happily paid double.

Osman fit me in right away, was super chill about the whole thing, and somehow turned my uneven DIY disaster into exactly what I wanted - clean, sharp, and natural-looking. I'm visiting Boise and came here for a haircut because of the great reviews. The owner is a really nice guy and his work certainly lived up to the reviews for me. I'll definitely be coming back if I ever need another haircut while I'm in Boise again.
