I ALWAYS have the best experience at this specific location. Jimmy and Tessa always make sure I have the best experience and also that I have everything I need to do all the hair.

I am in here pretty frequently and they carry a very wide range of products from lines that have been out for eons to brand new ones like Kenra color. The only downside I would say about this store is that the associates that work there do not do seem like they do hair professionally so they don’t know the inns and the outs of all of the lines. Again that’s just how it seems to me I don’t know this 100% So if you have a question about how a Colorl line ask in the hair in a specific situation , you’re probably not going to get a real straight answer. Or they may just say I don’t know which in my opinion is their job to know especially if it’s a basic question they need to take classes so they know the answers. Second time within the three day sales event they have closed early without an announcement. The long gray haired lady was so rude when she answered the door and said they were having issues with Covid, well if that’s the case then you should close!

it was very rude one year for Christmas time I come in there spend about $300 and had my mom with me she asked a simple question if she could by hair color the lady snapped and went on how hard she worked for her license and shes wont sell to someone who dint work for their license and blah blah blah ... All she had to say was no sorry judged my Mom who actually use to be a cosmetologist I just thought it was rude the way she went on I felt like all she had to say was no soo I will be shopping somewhere else that will treat me nicer
