I always love coming in here to pick up my supplies. The team is consistently helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Anytime I have a question, they’re quick to answer and genuinely make sure I understand what I’m getting. If something isn’t on the shelf, they don’t hesitate to check the back or offer to order it for me right away. I especially want to highlight the manager, she is truly amazing. She always takes the time to personally help me, answer my questions thoroughly, and make sure I’m finding the best product for my needs. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in running a supportive, well-organized store. It makes such a difference, and it’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

I have been in the hair industry since 2020 and my experience at State Beauty has been nothing short of amazing! Every time I walk in the girls know me by name and are always willing to help with any questions and recommendations on new products they know I would love! I am specifically very pleased with Brynna the manager, she is always so helpful and greats me with a smile every single time! She definitely shows how much she cares about the store and being able to provide any help she can to her customers! She has gone above and beyond for me from recommending product to ordering me a product they ran out of and had it there in less than 2 days, along with calling me when it arrived! 10/10 best customer service I have ever received from State Beauty and I will most definitely continue u

Love this place and everything it has to offer as well as the manager that is always there! She’s super sweet and informative and makes sure she takes time with the cosmetologists that come in for products! She also is very personable and makes me feel comfortable with asking her literally anything!

I came in looking for some new products to try out and Kenadee was super helpful, kind and knowledgeable! she answered all my questions and was super determined to help me. She even gave me some 10/10 recommendations. Overall i had a great experience because of her and will definitely be coming back!!

This is a rating in regards to their current manager. She is extremely rude, condescending and unwilling to help. When we approached with questions she would yell across the store to find it ourselves instead of offering to help. She did not know the prices of any products and guessed on everything. While the supply store has much to offer in terms of brands and products, I would encourage the owners to find a NEW manger, one without the attitude.
