Sad that I too have smelled weed on the same employee every time I go in there and have reported it to management and they just don’t care. Happened today too! This time my husband and child stayed in the car (employee was parked right next to us in one of two parking spots they have so she can keep an eye on the store) and THEY could smell it too. Her hands were shaking as she handed me my receipt. I hate the days I go in there and their best employee (Regina) isn’t working. Some days no employees were even there during business hours.

Regina is always the best! Knowledgeable and friendly.

Shame on you Kim! You are not a customer and how dare you rate our company because you did not receive a return phone call during THE WORST PANDEMIC OF OUR CENTURY!!!!! I stand by my staff 100%, who has worked more hours than you could even understand, working overtime to provide our front range stylists and salons with products when other distributors are closed. Let me repeat, you are not a customer so take down your false "review". I hope it is easy for someone like you who is completely ignorant about the gravity of false statements about our company, to be able to know how to concede to ignorance.

They open at 9am I just showed up at 10:55am and there is a sign on the door that says “back in 15min, out to lunch”.. been waiting over 15min and still no one is here. Being one of the only supply stores in the area that sells redken this is super frustrating. I get you have to eat but it’s not even 2 hours after you open and there’s like 6 people outside who have been waiting over 15 min.

When I walked into the store, the lady by the front door behind the counter never acknowledged me, never said a word. She was more interested in counting the change in her cash register because it happened to be 15 minutes before the store was scheduled to close. Nor did she ever ask if I needed assistance the whole 5-7 minutes I was in the store. Luckily I knew what I wanted to buy. It's really unfortunate that there was not a good example of customer service when I spent my money in that store. I will think again before doing so in the future. News Flash - without your customers, you have no business.
