Donna was actually a life saver! I got my nails done at another salon and they completely messed up my nails. Donna was so nice to take my other ones off and fix them! She did the perfect length! These are by far my favorite nail set I’ve had!! She fixed the length, I’m a clear long nail girly. She was so kind and truly my favorite nail tech! I will be returning everytime I get my nails done!

Donna always done the most beautiful designs. She is so artistic . My wife would not go to another salon, she had being doing her nails for 12 years.

They had no wait, so that’s the only positive. The place was very dirty and run down. When you are getting your nails done by someone that speaks no English, you have nothing but time to look around. The salon could definitely use a good deep clean and a make over. The gentleman that did my nails (seat 1) had very dirty nails. I completely understand they are tools when doing nails, but when they are in a customers face you might want to clean them. I got my acrylic nails taken off and a gel manicure. I wasn’t wowed by the service as he didn’t clean up my cuticles but it was quick and convenient. I won’t be going back

Updating my review. After having the gel-z put in by Donna the last few times, they have done extremely well! They have stayed on 4-5 weeks with no issues. Fantastic! Gel-X finally comes to Starwood Nails. I had been driving to Gilbert from Gold Canyon to have the Gel-X nails done because they are the only nails which are strong enough and stay on for nearly 4 weeks. Donna did a fabulous job and my nails lasted 3 1/2 weeks before 1 broke (which is why I only gave 4 stars). The never lifted. Turned out better than expected!

I love going to see Donna! I'm so happy that she now does Gel X because it is a much healthier/better option for nails. I've been coming here for at least 6 years now and Donna is the only tech I'll let do my manicure. I've also recently started getting my eyelashes done because she also offers that service and she charges a flat rate for any style you want and a good rate for going every 2-3 weeks for upkeep on them. Come see for yourself the amazing work she does! Pictures are of the Gel X set she just did on me and my eyelashes. She also did my eyebrows.
