I can’t say enough positive things about this place! The service is amazing, everyone is so sweet and is making sure that you are happy and content at all times. They offered me snack, snacks, water, coffee, etc. It feels like you’re royalty, LOL! Tammy did my nails, And they exceeded my expectations. The shape and style was amazing, she took her time and had much attention to detail. Lee did my pedicure & she was also phenomenal. I’ve been trying to find a place that I can get a relaxing pedicure that’s worth my money, and this is the place to go to! They also will make you aware that if something you are requesting costs extra, before just doing it. Will definitely be back in the future, they rock!!!

Went there for the first time, I wanted a full gel set. I had Jessica. She offered a pedicure and I said I couldn’t afford it. She said she’d do it for 110$ total I said ok. The woman who did my pedicure, cut so deep into my toe, and got infected. I sent the pictures to Jessica. And said I’d like my Money back. Then my right thumb popped off. I told her at this point to just please give me my money back. And she refused. And blocked my number. Im a nail technician myself, and the fact my toe got infected right away means they’re not sanitizing their tools properly. I wouldn’t go here.

I took a friend of mine and went here on a Friday got both of us a petties I got the most expensive penny that they offer beings my birthday was coming up as well as a new set of nails I went in with a photo of a design I wanted actually three photos for the text Jessica to choose from who said before I went in that she could do anything I wanted and do any nail I want. I went in wanting the acrylic nails done with a form and no tip which she did have, and brought three different pictures of nail designs for her to choose from. I left with my toenails being a different color than I asked for being talked into a white male instead of matching my hands, I ended up with tips and a gel which was glocked on several times and cured in between and then halfway file correctly left overly long even

Jessica is the owner and is very hospitable. She offers water, soda, chips, cookies. Her staff makes you feel very comfortable. The products they use are high quality and always look beautiful when they are finished. I have never stayed at one salon as I get bored with them, but Staralux I feel compelled to stay because they do such a marvelous service.

I recently visited this nail salon for the first time with a 10-year-old friend's child, and we had a mixed experience. We wanted to have a small, simultaneous 'bachelorette party' and asked if we could be seated next to each other and have our manicures done at the same time. Although we received confirmation that this was possible, unfortunately, it didn't quite work out that way. Instead, they did the girl's manicure first, followed by mine, which resulted in a longer-than-expected stay. We left feeling tired and hungry. However, the quality of the manicure was exceptionally high, and they did a beautiful job on both of us. This is what bumped my rating up to 4 stars. The total cost for two of us was $115 plus tips.
