Starcuts Hair Care

Been going here for 20 years. Most of the time they do a wonderful job but today was not a good experience. The woman who almost always does my hair when I go here was rough with brushing out my hair (which she has never been before) to the point it brought tears to my eyes, she cut 4 more inches off than I asked for and rushed so fast through the cut that I had a bout of anxiety due to the quickness she was using with a blade less than 1 cm from my face. It was just not a good experience at all hence the low review.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. The ladies are so sweet and funny. They always recognize me and my family. I always get the cut I want and leave feeling happy!

Edit:. It's good that its location is in the closed distance. Another good 😊 thing is both stylists speak well Vietnamese. The cut was good, same style and clean. The place is well organized. My first experience appointment. I think should I Scratch my head.!?! I called & made appointment. I told them I select based on the rating. They said they prefer "working only with old clients base." I acknowledge that. The cut was just based on my previous style cut. No change. Nothing new nor high expectations here. Experience the same old good cut.! I just coming back to my old artist. Good experiences.

I had my haircut done here two weeks ago. I took some time before writing this review so that I wouldn't be leaving an angry review. I spent some time explaining to my hairdresser how I wanted my hair to be cut and the specific lengths. I repeated it twice to make sure she understood, as our accents are completely different. However, I was not happy with the end result. The two ladies who were working there suggested that I visit another hair salon nearby instead of offering a fix (they mentioned the name of the salon). They claimed that the other hair salon is good at cutting young men's hair and advised me to go there.
